Finally got my brakes on! took way longer than it should have, since we found out a bolt on the rotor was completely stripped (forcing us ro reassemble, go take the car to get the bolt replaced, and then re-do everything) but after that was fixed it was smooth sailing!
As for the stopping power... holy shit, are these potent. i wailed on them a bit to test them out, and literally zero fade. 100 times better than before.

I want a set of the PP/ R/ S3 brakes for my GTI (I have the non-PP “standard” brakes), but I can’t justify it on a lease car. Fortunately the standard brakes are adequate... but still, I always find myself sneaking jealous glances whenever I see a car that has them.

OEM ones were worn out, and this set was cheap, so why not upgrade? besides I’ve got 300whp to stop

Yep! I’ve had the same brakes as the one you had, but now I’ve ascended to a being of pure stopping!

Maybe on allroads you can use machined ml55 rotors like on narrow body cars, it’s a lot cheaper. S6 & rs6 c5's are a Pain. Used 18z (cayenne turbo) calipers are very affordable these days & look amazing
